一种模拟断路器负荷的装置设计与研究

Design and Research of a Device for Simulating Circuit Breaker Load

  • 摘要: 针对某550 kV型号断路器核心部件操作机构出厂试验效率低,设计了一种安装方便、特性接近该型号断路器的模拟负荷装置。首先,对该型号断路器分合闸时的受力特性进行分析,找到分合闸时所受的最大推力及其所在的行程位置;其次,根据受力情况设计了液压缓冲器;最后对设计的液压缓冲器进行特性和寿命试验,验证其性能。试验结果表明,该模拟负荷装置特性与断路器接近,并具有高寿命、易安装、易维护等优点,大大提高了操作机构的出厂试验效率。

     

    Abstract: To improve the low routine test efficiency of a hydraulic operating mechanism which is the core component of a certain type 550 kV circuit breaker (CB), a simulated load device with convenient installation and equivalent characteristics of this specific type circuit breaker is designed. Firstly, the actual load characteristics of the circuit breaker are analyzed and found, including the maximum reaction force and its corresponding position in the whole CB travel. Secondly, the hydraulic buffer is designed according to the obtained force situation. Finally, the performance of the hydraulic buffer is tested on the hydraulic operating mechanism. The final test results show that the characteristics of the simulated load device are equivalent to the circuit breakers, and which has he advantages of high life, easy installation and maintenance free. After its application, the simulated load device has greatly improved the routine test efficiency of the hydraulic operating mechanism.
