机械式自动变速器离合器控制规律的研究

摘要: 通过分析机械式自动变速器(AMT)离合器操纵机构的运动过程,把离合器的操纵划分为三个线性阶段,对离合器的接合控制进行了理论分析和试验研究,建立了准确、实用的离合器接合控制模型,为离合器控制精度的进一步提高和AMT的产品化奠定了基础。Abstract: By analyzing the movement of clutch of AMT (Automated Mechanical Transmission), the operation is divided into three linear phases. The accurate and practical control model of clutch engagement is built based on analysis and experiment, which lays a foundation for improving the control precision of clutch further and promoting the merchandization of AMT.
