AMT离合器结合速度的精确控制

PRECISE SPEED CONTROL OF AMT CLUTCH’S ENGAGEMENT

  • 摘要: 提出了一种新的控制液压缸执行速度的方法,将柱塞的速度控制通过离散的精确位移来实现。AMT(电控机械式自动变速器)车辆离合器的操纵机构广泛采用液压缸,然而液压缸的动作受实际中许多因素的干扰,如:液压油粘度变化,离合器弹簧回复力变化等,这给它的控制带来了难度。试验证明,该法使离合器能可靠地以任意精确速度结合,有很强的容错能力。

     

    Abstract: A new control method of hydraulic cylinder speed is put forward. It control the cylinder speed by discrete precise displacement. The perform institution of AMT (Automated mechanical transmission) vehicle’s clutch always adopts hydraulic cylinder. But its motion presented being subjected to many factors in reality, such as the change of oil’s viscosity and the restoring force of spring, etc. It brings difficulty to its control. The experiments show that the proposed method can make the clutch engage at any precise speed and has great ability of fault tolerance.
