Abstract:
Large-scale amusement rides are an important tool for people to pursue a better life and a powerful platform for promoting traditional culture. Their safety, reliability and economy have attracted widespread attention from the society. Implementing health management is an advanced means to ensure that they can operate safely, reliably, and economically during operating. Revolving around the core link of health evaluation in the health management of large-scale amusement rides, first of all, starting from the nature of health statu, a mathematical model of health statu is established. Second, by analyzing the damage development and functional degradation laws of large-scale amusement rides in service and the actual needs of amusement parks, the concept of grading the health status of large-scale amusement rides is proposed and classified as "healthy", "sub-health", "slightly morbid" and "morbid" 4 levels. Third, in view of the technical status of large-scale amusement rides at home and abroad, a quantitative health evaluation method is proposed by that comprehensively utilizes the three aspects of information from equipment periodic inspection, daily maintenance and real-time condition monitoring. Finally, the comprehensive application and analysis through typical large-scale amusement rides verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method, and realize the transformation and upgrade from static safety assessment to dynamic health assessment. It can provide reference for further in-depth research on large-scale mechanical and electrical equipment health management.
