机械加工过程模糊控制系统的模糊化新方法及其控制算法研究

摘要: 提出并研究了一种模糊化新方法及其控制算法。该模糊化新方法,具有2m(m可以足够大)个通用的模糊变量且具有通用的隶属函数;由此所建立的模糊控制算法,具有4m2条推理规则,且这4m2条推理规则可由一个算式统一地显式地表述出来,因而具有通用、简洁等特点,可方便地应用于机械加工过程模糊控制系统中。Abstract: A new fuzzification method is presented and its fuzzy control algorithm is studied. The new fuzzification method involves 2m (m may be very large) general fuzzy language variables and having united membership function. The fuzzy control algorithm involves 4m2 inference rules, which can be expressed in one explicit formula completely, so it is characteristic of general purpose and simple, being applied in machining process fuzzy control system conveniently.
