Applications of Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in Forensic Science

  • 摘要: 气相色谱 - 质谱联用技术(GC-MS)把色谱的高分离能力与质谱的精准鉴定能力相结合,是一种强有力的仪器分析技术,在石油化工、环境检测、食品安全分析、医药卫生及国防工业等领域发挥着重要的作用。本文就 GC-MS 在法庭分析中的应用作一介绍,内容包括文件的书写时间确定和火灾原因调查等一般物证鉴定、毒品及其他滥用药物分析、爆炸残留物分析等,旨在为法庭分析实践提供有用的参考。

     

    Abstract: Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is one of powerful instrument analysis techniques,which combines high separation power of GC with precise compound identification of MS. Nowadays,GC-MS has showed many important applications in varies industrial fields,like petrochemical industry,environmental monitoring,food safety analysis,pharmaceutical analysis and national defense industry,etc. In this paper,the applications of GC-MS in forensic science were reviewed,including the determination of the writing time of documents,the investigation of the cause of fire and other general physical evidence identification,drug abuse analysis,explosive residue analysis,etc.,in order to provide useful reference for court analysis practice.
